Once you place your order we understand you'll be buzzing, waiting for the delivery so you can try it on, for the rave coming up or just to wear it out 'n about. We know it - we're the same.

Our official delivery promise is 2-6 working days.

This depends on a few things.

In order to bring you the best rave-wear store out there with such a broad range of clothing, styles and sizes, we don't stock everything in house. We use a top notch UK based company to source all our rave-wear.

If we do have the stock in house, then sweet, you'll get the tracking link much quicker and likely have it within 2 working days of your order.

If we don't have the stock in house it may take 6 working days to arrive to you, but they're flat out, fast and the best out there. It'll be worth the short wait.

Orders placed before 2pm are processed same-day. If you ordered after 2pm, you'll need to consider the start of the delivery promise as the next day.

Need to return? No stress!

If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you – we’ll pay for the return and either get a new one to you or issue a full refund.

If the fit’s off or it’s not quite your style, you’ve got 14 days to send it back! Just make sure there’s no sign of use (you didn't wear it out!) and the tags are still attached. You’ll need to cover the postage back if it’s not faulty. We’ll get your refund sorted once we’ve checked it over. In this case shipping cost can't be refunded.
